Stay and accommodation
When is the campsite open?
The campsite is open from April 6 to September 30 each year.
How many accommodations are available?
The campsite offers 80 accommodations for rent, 42 owner residences, and 28 bare pitches.
Is a deposit required?
Rentals: €430 (€300 damages, €80 cleaning, €50 badge).
Bare pitches: €100 (€50 badge + €50 cleaning).
Do you have baby kits?
Yes, baby kit (bed, high chair, bathtub) at €6/day upon reservation.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Bare pitch: arrival from 2 pm, departure before 12 am.
Rental: arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
How much is the cleaning package?
The cleaning charge is €90.
How do I book and cancel?
Nominative booking with deposit payment.
Payment of balance 30 days before arrival (rental) or on arrival (pitch).
No refund in case of early departure or late arrival.
Animals
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are accepted if vaccinated. The campsite is dog-friendly with dedicated facilities(Aquatoutou, Toutouparc, Toutoudouche, Toutousec, Toutouboutique…).
What services are available for dogs?
Special dog vacuum cleaner at reception, dedicated store, play areas, adapted care and hygiene.
On-site entertainment and services
Is there a kids' or teens' club?
Yes, in high season (July/August):
- Kids’ club (4-12 yrs): Monday to Friday.
- Teen Club (13-17 years): daytime and evening entertainment.
Are the pool, snack bar and bar open all year round?
- Swimming pool and bar: April 1 to September 30.
- Snack bar: May to September, evenings only.
What services are available on site?
- Grocery store, laundry, communal barbecue, wifi in snack/bar (fee).
- Services dedicated to dogs.
Payment and assistance
Do you accept holiday vouchers and VACAF vouchers?
- ANCV holiday vouchers accepted.
- VACAF: booking only by phone.
Rules and conditions of access
What are the conditions of access to the campsite?
- Access restricted to persons authorized by management.
- Minors must be accompanied or have parental consent.
- A police form is mandatory for foreign customers.
