The <strong>Grande Plage<\/strong>, over 3 kilometers long, is one of the most famous on the Atlantic coast. Bordered by the Remblai, it&#8217;s ideal for family swims, walks on the sand or lazy moments in the sun. This beach, which is supervised in summer, is particularly suitable for children, thanks to its easy access and numerous activities.   <br\/><br\/>Water sports enthusiasts turn to the beach at Tanchet, recognized as a top spot for surfing, paddleboarding and bodyboarding. Here, the atmosphere is more dynamic, with surf schools and local competitions taking place regularly. Further north, the beaches of Sauveterre and La Paracou appeal to lovers of unspoilt nature and unspoilt spaces, perfect for walking and fishing.  <br\/><br\/>The Sablais coastline offers a wide range of experiences, from lively resorts to more confidential beaches.
